Excellent routine for your arms, chest, back, triceps - entire upper body. Simple, effective and worthed.
I use 5lbs dumbbells.
Do 3 sets.

One set:
- bicep curl, 10reps
- front raises, 10reps
- chest press, 10reps
- press overhead, 10reps
- shoulder rotation, 10 reps
- triceps overhead extentions, 10 reps
