Tone Your Glutes, Legs Workout

TONE YOUR GLUTES, LEGS WORKOUT

strengthening training


I love using elastic band in my workouts. It brings such a challenge and burn and fun to workout. Results are amazing. Perfect, strong, lean body.
I use 5lbs dumbbells.

  1. biceps curl & alternating leg side (keep your toes pointing forward), 30 reps
  2. front raisers & right leg side, 30 reps
  3. hammer curl & left leg side, 30 reps
  4. front raisers & right leg back, 30 reps
  5. front raisers & left leg back, 30 reps
  6. chest press & alternating leg curl, 30 reps
