strengthening training
Great core strengthening routine. You do up to 50reps. All of us are different fitness level, so try to go up to 50reps, if you do only 10 or 15, it is ok. Maybe next time you do more.
- dip station - leg lift, 50reps
- bicycle crunches, 50reps
- dip station - V lift, 50 reps
- plank position and alternate legs: knee in x out x leg lift, then switch leg, 50reps
