LOWER BACK STRETCHING

Very simple, basic routine to stretch your back. Flexibility is very important. Prevent or release the pain in your back.
1. yoga cat pose
2. moving cat pose - one direction
3. moving cat pose the other direction
4. downward facing dog
5. happy baby pose
