About Pavla

I was born in the Czech republic, currently work as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor in a very well known gym in the United States.

I am Turbokickbox, Spinning and ACE certified and have been involved in fitness since I was a teenager.

My goal is to help others losing weight, tone and build muscle, increase strength and achieve a lean body making them more fit and happy with the results.

I focus on exercises that makes your body lean, fit and as close to perfect for your body-type.

  1. I've just found your videos from searching YouTube. I have to say after going from being very fit all my life to gaining more than 30kilos in 3 years after a car accident injuries, i had given up on myself.

    These workouts are the first time i have found a workout i like that motivates me. I have only just done 2 so far but I will keep track of my results and someday soon I will have 3 pictures.
