Recommendations:
- do 3 rounds
- 20reps of each exercise, I did it in the sand and it was harder than on the floor. If 20 is not enough, do 30reps
One round:
- squat, 20reps
- alternate lunge back, 20reps
- one leg - lunge back, 20reps
- switch leg - lunge back, 20reps
- alternate lunge back, 20reps
- one leg: side lunge, 20reps
- switch leg: side lunge, 20reps
- sumo squat, 20reps
