strengthening training
Great combination of simple exercises that is going to tighten, strengthen your abdominals.
Do up to 30reps of each exercise. Remember, we all are different fitness level, so you can do less or more.
1. feet under your hips (protect lower back), shoulders lifted, feet lifted and little pulse, count up to 30
2. Vups, 30reps
3. on a side and feet lift up and down (do not put on the floor), 30reps
4. keep feet on the floor, lift up upper body up and down, 30reps
5. switch side....feet lift up and down, 30reps
6. keep feet on the floor, lift up upper body up and down, 30reps
7. double knee crunch, touch your ankles x go down and reach behind the head, 30reps
