Feel The Fire Interval Workout

FEEL THE FIRE INTERVAL WORKOUT
fat burn exercise - interval training
This is interval training, that means that you do in each minute as many reps as you can. Have a quick rest between each minute (10-15sec).
Do 3 rounds.
One round
Right leg:
1. knee in, 1min
2. leg lift, 1min
3. knee in, 1min
4. single leg dead lift and jump
Left leg:
1. knee in, 1min
2. leg lift, 1min
3. knee in, 1min
4. single leg dead lift and jump
