Simple Glutes Workout

SIMPLE GLUTES WORKOUT

strengthening training


Try this basic, great, effective workout routine for your lower body.
Squats are one of the best exercises for shaping, toning your legs. The miracle of this routine is the combination of squats which brings you the best results - perfect lean legs.
I use 5lbs dumbbells, optional.
You can do this while watching TV, it is so simple, so easy, but after all you feel it....as we always do:-)).
Do 3 sets of 4 exercises, each exercise 15reps.
Have the rest whenever you feel you need it, but challenge yourself and try to do your best.
Warm up before and cool down after following with stretching.

One set:
  1. squat x dumbbell hammer curl, 15reps
  2. double squat down and double squat up (down on two and up on two counts) x dumbbell hammer curl, 15 reps
  3. squat (touch the ground with weights) x press over head (reach up), 15 reps
  4. double squat down (down on two counts) and up for one count (single -faster go up) x dumbbell hammer curl, 15 reps
After you complete the first set, have a quick, very short break (20sec) and do 2 more sets.
