PERFECT ARMS WORKOUT

Great, excellent routine for your chest, triceps, shoulders, the entire upper body. Tone and shape your upper body.
I use medicineball 8lbs (you can use also dumbbells instead).
Do 3 sets.
One set:
- Push ups, 15 reps
- Dips, 15 reps
- Medicineball circle to the right, 15 reps
- Medicineball circle to the left, 15 reps
- Alternating medicineball raised up and twist down, 15 reps
