Perfect Lean Legs Workout

PERFECT LEAN LEGS WORKOUT

strenthening training

This workout has 4 basic exercises: squat, reverse lunge, dead lift, cross lunge.
This combination is great for toning your glutes, hamstring, thighs. You can see first results after 3-4 weeks.
I use 8lbs weights, it is optional.
Do 3 sets of those 4 exercises, each exercise 20 reps.
 
  1. squat, 20 reps
  2. alternating reverse lunge, 20 reps
  3. dead lift, 20 reps
  4. alternating cross lunge, 20 reps
