ABS WORKOUT - TONE YOUR ABS
strengthening training
Fun workout routine in which you strengthen your abdominals and chest.
Do 50reps of each exercise, if 50 is too many, then do less and you will see as you get stronger and better you will be able to do more.
I use dummbell cca 10kg and two chairs as a dip station.
- dip station, leg lift, 50reps
- dummbell circle around the belly, do 25reps on one side and then 25reps on the other side
- dip station, V lift, 50 reps
- combination of plank and spider, in plank touch your feet 4x and spider touch your feet 4x, go up to 50 reps
