Bosu ball is a great tool in fitness and has many benefits. Whenever you are in the gym, try this workout routine to strengthen your core. Bosu ball makes it more challenging.
- crunches (lift up your toes), 30 reps
- alternating side crunches, 30 reps
- double knee in and out, 30 reps
- side lying knee in and out (try to touch your elbow), 30 reps on left side and 30 reps on right side
- bycicle crunches, 30 reps
