Bosu Great Abs Workout

BOSU GREAT ABS WORKOUT

Bosu ball is a great tool in fitness and has many benefits. Whenever you are in the gym, try this workout routine to strengthen your core. Bosu ball makes it more challenging.
 
  1. crunches (lift up your toes), 30 reps
  2. alternating side crunches, 30 reps
  3. double knee in and out, 30 reps
  4. side lying knee in and out (try to touch your elbow), 30 reps on left side and 30 reps on right side
  5. bycicle crunches, 30 reps
