CHALLENGE WORKOUT
fat burn exercise - interval training
This workout is a great fat burn.
Do up to 5 rounds, remember it is ok if you do just one, two rounds.
Take a short rest between each exercise (15-20sec).
Beginner: 1 round
Advanced: up to 5 rounds
One round
- alternate lunge back x front kick x side kick x crunch, 1min
- jack x sumo squat, 1min
- alternate lunge back x front kick x side kick x crunch, 1min
- squat down x feet jump back x feet jump out x in x back to squat and up, 1min
- push up x touch your toes x spider x back to push up, 1min
