KICKBOX PERFECT ARM WORKOUT

Great, excellent, unusual routine for your upper body. As a result you get perfect lean arms, strong shoulders, toned biceps and triceps. Perfect arms.
I use 5lbs dumbbells.
  1. Alternating jab across your body, 20 reps
  2. Alternating hooks, 20 reps
  3. Alternating uppercuts, 20 reps
  4. Alternating upward cross, 20 reps
  5. Alternating front jabs, 20 reps
