Try this workout routine. It is strengthening, toning your abdominals. You do 500 reps, yes, 500 reps. Challenge yourself, try to do as many as you can up to 500.
- central crunches with feet lifted, 100 reps
- alternating side crunch, feet lifted, 100 reps
- one side crunches with legs lifted, 100 reps
- the other side crunches with legs lifted, 100 reps
- legs up and lift up your hips, 100reps
