Training - Advanced

TRAINING - ADVANCED
My workout routines are designed for all fitness level, even if you are a beginner or an advanced. The difference is in number of repetitions and resistance.
After each workout routine you can add 10-15min cardio (jump rope, jogging, cross country sky, twist, etc.) and then follow with stretching.
Track your results, that way you can measure your performance as you improve and compare it to other people.

You already know that healthy diet plays a big role in fitness life. To stay fit and healthy you need to adapt healthy diet habits.


WORKOUT PLAN
MONDAY
  1. warm up 10-15min, you can choose warm up video or you can do jump rope for 10min
  2. one video of Total body workout – interval or strengthening training. At the end you can add 10min cardio (jump rope, jumping jack, cross country sky, jogging, etc.)
  3. stretching

TUESDAY
  1. warm up 10-15min, you can choose warm up video or jump rope 10min
  2. one video of Glutes exercises or Inner thigh exercises + Abs exercises. At the end you can add 10min cardio (jump rope, jumping jack, cross country sky, jogging, etc.)
  3. stretching

WEDNESDAY
  1. warm up 10-15min, you can choose warm up video or jump rope 10min
  2. one video of Fat burn exercises – Interval training. At the end you can add 10min cardio.
  3. stretching

THURSDAY
  1. warm up 10-15min, you can choose warm up video or jump rope 10min
  2. one video of Upper body exercises + Back exercises + Abs exercises. You can add 10min cardio.
  3. stretching
FRIDAY
  1. warm up 10-15min, you can choose warm up video or jump rope 10min
  2. one video of Total body workout or Fat burn exercises –interval or strengthening training. You can add 10min cardio.
  3. stretching
SATURDAY
  1. arm up 10-15min, you can choose warm up video or jump rope 10min
  2. one video of Fat burn exercises – interval training + Abs exercises. You can add 10min cardio.
  3. stretching
SUNDAY

Congratulation, week is over and you can have a rest.

Stay active, go for a walk, take a massage, treat yourself like a queen or king, you deserve it!
