Getting tired of abs on the floor? Then try this amazing strengthening routine while you are standing. it is fun, effective and worthed.
Warm up 4-5min.
- 1. alternate elbow x opposite knee touch, 20 or more reps
- 2. one side: elbow x knee touch, 20 or more reps
- 3. the other side: elbow x knee touch, 20 or more reps
- 4. plie position, alternate elbow x opposite knee touch, 20 or more reps
- 5. plank, alternate elbow x opposite knee touch, 20 or more reps
- 6. spider, 20 or more reps
