Feel The Fire Workout

FEEL THE FIRE WORKOUT

interval training

Great, excellent workout for your glutes, legs..lower body. You gonna feel this one.
This is interval training, that means that you do in each minute as many reps as you can. Have a quick rest between each minute (10-15sec). Do 3 rounds.
One round:
Right leg:
1. knee in, 1min
2. leg lift, 1min
3. knee in, 1min
4. single leg dead lift and jump, 1min
Left leg:
1. knee in, 1min
2. leg lift, 1min
3. knee in, 1min
4. single leg dead lift and jump, 1min
