I was inspired and motivated by you, by your questions and suggestions. I really appreciate each of you and you are actually making Perfectleanbody more powerful and wealthy.
Recently I got a lot of questions about diet and training. You asked me what you should eat, what not to eat, what could be contra productive in your meal plan and training. And as you know I always think about all your suggestions and decided to run very interesting project.
