strengthening training
Excellent strengthening routine for your abdominals, all in standing position. Try this great combination of movements and tone your abs. Your body can`t never get used to this one.
I am using 8lbs dumbbells for more challenge. If you do not have any dumbbells, take something heavy, for example a box of juice, milk, etc. .
- plie position, arm circle, keep your back straight and go all the way down and up, 20 reps
- plie position, arm circle to the other side, keep your back straight and go all the way down and up, 20 reps
- one side: elbow and knee touch, 20 reps
- other side: elbow and knee touch, 20 reps
- twist, do not move your lower body, 20 reps
- zig zag, do not move your lower body, 20 reps
