ABS WORKOUT 1

strengthening training


Excellent strengthening routine for your abdominals, all in standing position. Try this great combination of movements and tone your abs. Your body can`t never get used to this one.

I am using 8lbs dumbbells for more challenge. If you do not have any dumbbells, take something heavy, for example a box of juice, milk, etc. .
  1. plie position, arm circle, keep your back straight and go all the way down and up, 20 reps
  2. plie position, arm circle to the other side, keep your back straight and go all the way down and up, 20 reps
  3. one side: elbow and knee touch, 20 reps
  4. other side: elbow and knee touch, 20 reps
  5. twist, do not move your lower body, 20 reps
  6. zig zag, do not move your lower body, 20 reps
