Best Strong Glutes Workout

BEST STRONG GLUTES WORKOUT

strengthening training



Great, excellent mix of exercises to tone, strengthen your glutes and thighs. You need to try this one. Simply great!
I used 8 lbs dumbbells, but you get great workout without dumbbells as well. If you use dumbbells place it at mid thigh, keep the heel always above your toes.
It is 5 exercises on each leg (150 reps on each leg).

Right leg
  1. keep the heel above your toes and full range of motion go up and down, 30 reps
  2. fix the knee and kick (hamstring curl), 30 reps
  3. do little circle to one side, 30 reps
  4. do little circle to the other side, 30 reps
  5. fix the knee and kick low, high, higher, 30 reps
Left leg
  1. go up and down, 30reps
  2. hamstring curl, 30reps
  3. little circle to one side, 30reps
  4. little circle to the other side, 30reps
  5. kick low, high, higher, 30reps
