
Whenever you feel lazy to workout, put your workout clothes on, take a photo of you, now do you like the photo? It can be always better, right? That should be your motivation. Then after the workout take a photo of you again, you should see the difference. Get your muscles pumped up, feel more energized and beautiful.

I use kettlebell 20lbs. If you do not have kettlebell, find at home something heavy (sack of potatoes, statue, milk...).

- 3 rounds
- sumo squat x upright row, 15reps
- sumo squat x alternate twist row, 15reps
- dead lift x upright row, 15reps
- leg lift to the side x upright row, 15reps
- switch the leg, leg lift to the side x upright row, 15reps
