Glutes, inner thighs, abs workout

Hello guys,

I hope everyone is enjoying the summer. The sun always gives me so much energy. What about you, does the sun energize you or make you feel lazy?

Whenever you feel lazy to workout, put your workout clothes on, take a photo of you, now do you like the photo? It can be always better, right? That should be your motivation. Then after the workout take a photo of you again, you should see the difference. Get your muscles pumped up, feel more energized and beautiful.  
Let`s try this great strengthening training and feel amazing! As a result you have toned legs, tight butt, strong abs, a sexy fit body.

I use kettlebell 20lbs. If you do not have kettlebell, find at home something heavy (sack of potatoes, statue, milk...).
I promise, you gonna feel your muscles and see results soon.

Recommendation:
  • kettlebell 20lb
  • 15reps of each exercise
  • 3 rounds

  1.  sumo squat x upright row, 15reps
  2. sumo squat x alternate twist row, 15reps
  3. dead lift x upright row, 15reps
  4. leg lift to the side x upright row, 15reps
  5. switch the leg, leg lift to the side x upright row, 15reps
